| If the computer is shutting down, here is what you
need to do |

| There's a pretty interesting Windows exploit that's hitting today
(August 11, 2003). It's mostly affecting XP but some 2000 installs
can have problems, too. The patch for it came out on the 21st of
July. |

| If you didn't get the patch applied and your computer keeps shutting
down, here's what you can do: |
- Control Panel
- Administrative Tools
- Services
- Under Services find the Remote Procedure Call and right click it.
- Choose Properties
- Choose Recovery Tab You'll see the "At first failure...", "At Second
Failure..." options. Change those to "Take No Action" or "Restart
The Service" instead of "Reboot the Computer".
