Service Outage today
We Apologize for the very short notice. There will be a service

We are pleased to announce that we are
currently filtering every CCP Online subscriber mailbox for email
viruses. There is no charge for this service. We estimate
that we are filtering 99% of the email based viruses this way.
We are now offering a new improved Spam filtering service.
We believe that this service works better then the old service
did. We now have an approved senders list (white list) which email
addresses that are in this list will bypass the filter. The
price for this is still 2.00 per month.
We encourage you to utilize this service if you need to. Spam is
an ongoing problem and we all doing all we can to get it under
control.

We believe that we are close to a solution. We are going to
be testing a new improved antispam and antivirus server program
soon, hopefully this weekend. We realize that this is a big

Last week we performed system upgrades on
servers for Maryville, Pickering, King City, Craig, Fairfax,
Hopkins, Tarkio and Mound City.
- Maryville has had local dialup since 1996. The
local dialup number for Maryville is 562-4818.
- Mound City and Tarkio has had local dialup for a couple
of years. The local dialup number for Mound City is
442-3107. The local dialup number for Tarkio is 736-4231.
- We are pleased to add local dialup for the following
towns:
King City 535-4378, Fairfax 686-9539, Hopkins 778-3647,
Craig 683-9421
This means if you no longer have to use the Sprint Info Link
to dial into Maryville from the towns listed above assuming you
are a resident of the above towns. This will save you about
5.50 per month.
We would appreciate it if subscribers would notify any friends and
neighbors in the above towns about the availability of local
dialup for CCP Online. |

drive was installed. |

It has become necessary to check a network
circuit for errors between the hours of 12:00 A.M. and 4:00 A.M.
on Wednesday August 13th, 2003.
Users will experience intermittent outages between these hours in
which the internet will be unavailable for a period of time.
We regret that this action is necessary but hope you understand
that this has to be done. |

server. Many of you have called and written to say that you have
noticed the difference in email processing speed and logging on to
the Internet.
We now provide email spam filtering for those that want it at a

virus protection at the server level in the next couple of weeks
because we know viruses are a continuing problem.

We are offering free personal income tax preparation and
electronic filing for all active subscribers of CCP Online
Services.
The only stipulation is that the subscriber account must be paid
up to date.
We are doing this because we appreciate the loyal customers that
stay with CCP Online year after year.
Since going to a national tax preparer costs quite a lot, we are
making this offer to enable our customers to save money and be
rewarded for their loyalty to CCP Online.
I personally have been a tax preparer for over 30 years and have
of course prepared thousands of tax returns before there were
computers.
