  1. Five customer referrals will get you free Internet access as long as promotion conditions are met. Customer referrals can be from any area where CCP Online has local dialup access. If not currently a CCP Online subscriber, we invite you to signup for local dialup Internet access with us.

  2. Our services include no busy signals, excellent technical support (if needed) and fast access on the Internet. We offer Web based email and proven reliability day after day, month after month, year after year. We are one of the oldest Internet providers in the area serving Missouri since 1995 and Kansas since 1998.

  3. CCP Online subscribers must be on a monthly plan to get customer referral credits. Customer referrals must be setup on a monthly plan. A customer referral can't be someone who is already using CCP Online Internet.

  4. Signups can be handled the following ways:

              b. Calling 1-888-638-2271 or 232-2838 (local St. Joseph).
              c. The CCP Online office at 902 Edmond in St. Joseph, MO.

  5. Monthly plans and customer referral credits are as follows:
              a. Plan A $15.00 90 hours $3.00 credit
              b. Plan B $20.00 270 hours $4.00 credit
              c. Plan C $25.00 360 hours $5.00 credit
              d. Plan D $30.00 450 hours $6.00 credit
              e. Plan E $35.00 540 hours $7.00 credit
              f. Plan F $40.00 630 hours $8.00 credit
              g. Plan G $45.00 720 hours $9.00 credit

  6. CCP Online subscribers will get a credit against their next month's subscription and every month after for every referral that they send in. The CCP Online subscriber will get a credit applied to his/her account according to the plan the customer referral signs up for. CCP Online subscribers with past due balances are not eligible for Customer referral credits until balances are current.

  7. Customer referral subscriptions have to be paid in full every month for CCP Online subscribers to receive customer referral credits.

  8. CCP Online subscriber corporate or EDU plans are not eligible for this promotion. CCP Online subscriber prepaid plans (example -pay 5 months get 1 month free) are not eligible for this promotion. Customer referral credits have no cash value other then reducing the monthly subscription price.

  9. CCP Online subscribers will however at the discretion of Cook's Computer/CCP Online have a chance to use excess customer referral credits to purchase computers, computer parts and accessories from Cook's Computer.

  10. This promotion will run from June 5th, 2001 through December 31st, 2002.

  11. For instance, a CCP Online subscriber who signs up five customer referrals on the same plan as the subscriber's plan will qualify for free Internet access, providing all conditions of the promotion are met

  12. Customer referrals must give the email address and name of the CCP Online subscriber that recommended them to CCP Online so proper credit can be given. The email address must be a CCP.Com email address.

  13. Customer referral credits are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash value.

  14. CCP Online Subscriber accounts on hold or inactive for any reason are not eligible for credits
